If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused Product in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds. If your item was received damaged you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and use a trackable shipping method as refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged or lost during the return process. Items are not returnable if shipped internationally. Your refund will be issued only after we receive the returned Product in its original condition and in its original packaging.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be given by an Edvivi Customer Service Representative. All returns will be shipped back to an Edvivi Return Center at customer's expense. A valid RMA form must be put in box before shipping back. Items received without an RMA form may not be accepted or may increase your processing time. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective or damaged, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment.
